About

The short version

I'm Spruha. I studied business, worked with clients at a global shipping company, and now I design.

So I ask how a product makes money before I ask what colour it is. I like the messy problems: health records, night-shift logistics, habits people want to break.

Off the clock: good food, music always on, and a lot of chilling. I'll also try to make the team laugh. Success rate varies.

  1. 01
    Start with people

Interviews and surveys before any screen. Pause started with 113 survey responses and 19 interviews.

  2. 02
    Find the one sentence

Every project gets one line I can test ideas against. For PreSync: one current medicine list a family can trust.

  3. 03
    Make it obvious

Then I redesign until nobody needs it explained. That's where the forty versions go.
